The company was founded in 2012 by a longtime business associates and friends, Mike Gnecco and Jeff Cross, who shared division for building one of the strongest and most respected brand portfolios in the industry.
In 2023, Corinne Tawa purchased Focus Sales Group, having been personally selected by Mike as his succession plan.
